GENERAL CONDITIONS
Welcome to the knit4u.se online store. We are a hobby shop for those who like to knit our products in very good quality yarn. It is important to us that you as a customer feel safe and comfortable when you shop with us. Here you will find general conditions for purchase, payment and delivery.
PURCHASE OF A KNITTING KIT
Yarn, pattern and Knit4u brand included, knitting needles are an additional choice. You choose the size and colour. You will receive an order confirmation and make a habit of always checking your order, so that everything looks OK. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. We cannot guarantee the exact colour reproduction of the product. The patterns are for private use only and may not be copied. The yarn consumption in the knitting packages is calculated according to the knitting strength.
PRICES
All prices in the online shop include VAT. When you go to checkout, you will see the total price.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders within Sweden are sent as a letter, a shipping cost of 70 SEK will be added, free shipping for purchases over 1,200 SEK within Sweden. Orders over 2 kg are sent as parcels. Orders outside Sweden, within the EU, a shipping cost of SEK 120 will be added, not over 2 kg.
At the moment, you can only choose delivery within Sweden in the online shop.
PAYMENT VIA KLARNA
In co-operation with Klarna Checkout we offer payment via credit card or swish.
Knit4u of Sweden AB has the right of ownership and repossession of all goods until full payment has been made by the customer.
Payment options may vary from time to time. By submitting information at checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions. For more information and full terms and conditions on Klarna's payment methods, please visit klarna.se.
YARN TESTERS
Shopping via e-commerce is not always easy, you want to be able to feel and see the product. We are happy to send you yarn samples if you are unsure of a colour or quality. Send an enquiry via info@knit4u.se. Please include the yarn sample, the yarn colour number, your name and address.
FOREIGN PAYMENTS
Payments from and deliveries to foreign countries are made by agreement via info@knit4u.se.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
When payment via Klarna or Swish does not work for the customer, bank transfer can be made by agreement via info@knit4u.se
DELIVERIES
Delivery time approx. 1-4 working days with PostNord varubrev, delivery to door. Download the PostNord app.
In exceptional cases where an item has to be ordered from a supplier, delivery time can be up to four weeks. We reserve the right that a product may be sold out before we have time to update the website. We will then inform the customer of the estimated delivery time.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@knit4u.se.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & OPEN PURCHASE
You can return an item if you are not satisfied with it. You have a full right of return within 14 days of your parcel arriving at the delivery point. You pay for the return postage.
CLAIMS
Of course, the Consumer Sales Act applies when you buy goods from us. You can complain about a product if it has a manufacturing fault or is otherwise defective. We pay the cost of postage. If you find a defect on the ordered item, contact us immediately. Once the complaint has been accepted, we will send you a new item free of charge, otherwise you will get your money back.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your data in our business to fulfil and provide the service you expect from us. We assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.
